Let
us first point out that this treatment will be adapted to the physiology
of each patient and adjusted to the individual reaction of the ovaries.
A special substance (GnRH agonist) will be given at the beginning
of the cycle to put the pituitary secretions of FS H and LH to rest.
This drug is given either as a single intramuscular injection
or in a nasal spray applied every 6 hours.
Later on, growth of the ovarian follicles will be artificially
stimulated through daily injections of gonadotrophic hormones
