Embryo culture<\/h1>\n

After oocyte retrieval, the oocytes are fertilized with sperm either by conventional in vitro fertilization (IVF) or by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), depending on your medical file and the quality of the sperm.<\/p>\n

The next day, we analyze the results of fertilization and keep you informed of the progress of the process.<\/p>\n

The team of biologists will closely monitor the development of the embryos for several days, evaluating their morphological quality and progression. If necessary, embryo culture can be extended until the sixth day to allow for an even more precise selection of the most viable embryos, which will then be transferred or frozen for a later cycle.<\/p>\n

Indeed, non-transferred embryos can be cryopreserved if their quality allows, thus increasing the chances of success for a later treatment.
